Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Classes

About DBT Skills Classes

DBT Skills Group is a vital part of Front Range Treatment Center's Comprehensive DBT program. The skills learned in DBT skills classes are then discussed in individual therapy, where clients practice applying those skills to the issues they are facing in their life.

Essential Class Info

  • DBT skills classes meet once a week for two hours. In a classroom setting, clients learn and practice a variety of DBT skills to improve their quality of life.

  • Completing one “round” of DBT skills classes takes about 6 months. To be considered a DBT Skills Class Graduate, one must complete each course twice.

  • We have both AM and PM options.

  • We offer both online and in-person options.
